The Model 225-5281 and 225-5282 Circular Psychrometric Slide Rules can be used to calculate both dew point temperature and relative humidity from wet-bulb and dry-bulb temperature readings. Easy-to-follow instructions are printed on the face of the slide rule, which is constructed of sturdy plastic. One side is used for calculations in the lower part of the temperature range, and the other side is used in the higher part of the range, greatly increasing the resolution of the calculations. Includes scales for different barometric pressures from 23" to 30" Hg.
The Model 225-569 Pocket Psychrometric Slide Rule quickly converts wet-bulb and dry-bulb temperatures to relative humidity. The user simply lines up the two temperatures and reads relative humidity directly. The RH scale ranges from 10% to 100% with graduations of 2%. Values to 1% RH may be estimated. Two models are available. The Model 225-569F Slide Rule has a temperature scale of 20° to 100°F, and the Model 225-569C has a scale of ‑5° to 50°C. Both are small, lightweight, and durable.
